Orders & payment

Which currency are prices in?+

Every price on the site is in US dollars (USD), for all customers.

How do I pay?+

At checkout you can pay by card (via Stripe) or with PayPal. Payments are processed on secure, PCI-compliant platforms; we never store your full card number. Your statement shows “PLUMBWORX SHOP”.

Is checkout secure?+

Yes. Payment is handled by our payment partners over encrypted connections. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship to my country?+

We ship worldwide. A few remote destinations may be unavailable at checkout — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

When is shipping free?+

Orders of $55 or more get free standard shipping. Otherwise a flat rate is shown before you pay.

Will I get a tracking number?+

Yes — we email tracking when your order ships.

Who pays customs or import duties?+

For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns & refunds

What is your return window?+

14 days from delivery for unused items in their original packaging. See the Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Can I return a bath mat or toothbrush holder?+

Hygiene items can only be returned if they are unused and still sealed in their original packaging, unless the item is faulty.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?+

Email support@plumbworx.shop within 48 hours with photos and your order reference and we will replace or refund it free of charge.

Products & fitting

Will the adhesive hooks hold on my wall?+

Adhesive items are rated for smooth, non-porous tile or glass and each product page lists the weight limit. They are not suitable for textured, porous or freshly painted surfaces.

Do you offer installation or plumbing services?+

No. We are a products retailer only. We sell organisers and accessories that you fit yourself following the guidance on each product page; we do not provide plumbing, heating, installation or repair services.

How do I care for metal items?+

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry after deep cleans; avoid abrasive scourers. Each product page lists specific care notes.
